Suppose you were trapped in an illusion and suppose everyone you knew was also trapped in an illusion. You could live your life and never know that the illusion existed. If the illusion was a shared illusion no one would have an inkling of an idea that there was an illusion at all. Suppose that the illusion was a multiple illusion. Not a single all encompassing illusion, but multiple illusions woven one into another that created the ever greater illusion of a single illusion. A single all encompassing illusion would be much more convincing than multiple separate illusions that might be easy to unravel. I believe that most people have been trapped in an illusion since their early childhood. It is an illusion of belief. It is the belief in an “i” a some one with a name and an identification. A person with a definite set of abilities , capacities, needs, wants, desires and expectations. I also believe that few ever escape this illusion – they live their lives and die trapped in the illusion never knowing who or what they really are. I believe that they die still trapped in the illusion.
